Hawridge Strategic Land is preparing a planning application for a high-quality residential development of up to 300 homes, including a significant proportion of affordable housing, set within a landscape-led masterplan.

Public engagement and consultation on the outline proposal and vision.
Autumn 2026
Anticipated submission of outline planning application to Buckinghamshire Council, incorporating feedback received.
Mid 2027
Anticipated determination of the outline planning application.

Further detailed Reserved Matters application and consultation.
